The terms that apply when you use Royal Themes and subscribe to a store plan.

About the service
Royal Themes is a hosted e-commerce platform operated by Royal IT Park Services (“Royal Themes”, “we”, “us”), Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. A subscription gives you a ready-made online store template, hosted on our cloud, for one business.
Your subscription
Plans are billed yearly in advance, exclusive of GST. Your store stays live while your subscription is active. Plan features and product limits are shown on the Pricing page.
Use of templates
Templates are licensed for use on the Royal Themes platform only. You may customise colours, content, logo and products for your own store, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute the templates.
Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the products you sell, the content you upload and compliance with laws that apply to your business, including consumer, tax and product rules. Prohibited or illegal products may not be sold.
Hosting, updates and support
Hosting, SSL, backups, updates and support for your plan are included. We aim for high availability but may carry out maintenance from time to time.
Third-party services
Payment gateway, SMS, WhatsApp API and shipping charges are paid by you directly to those providers.
