What do I get with a subscription?
A complete, ready-made online store: home, category and shop pages with filters, product pages, cart, checkout, wishlist, customer account, order tracking and policy pages — hosted on our cloud and fully responsive for mobile, tablet and desktop.
Do I need my own server or hosting?
No. Every plan includes hosting on the Royal Themes cloud, SSL security, backups and updates. You don't need to buy a server or install anything.
Which payment options are supported?
Popular payment options such as Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery. Other gateways can be added on request.
Can I see a live demo before subscribing?
Yes. Every theme has a "View demo" button. You can also request a guided demo on a call or WhatsApp, and we will walk you through the store and admin.
Can the theme be changed to match my brand?
Logo, colours, banners and content can all be changed from your plan. Custom layout or feature changes are available in the Enterprise plan.
How long does it take to go live?
Most stores go live within a few working days after we receive your logo and product details.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed once a year, in advance. Hosting, SSL, backups and updates are included in the subscription. Renew each year to keep your store online. Payment gateway charges are paid to the gateway directly.
