Who we are

This website and the Royal Themes store platform are operated by Royal IT Park Services (“Royal Themes”, “we”, “us”), Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and subscribers, and how we use it.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us and information created when you use our services:

• Contact details — your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email and business name when you request a demo, contact us or subscribe.
• Account and billing details — plan, billing address, GST number and payment status. Card and UPI payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.
• Store content — products, images, prices and settings you add to your store.
• Usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics (see our Cookie policy).

How we use your information

• To set up, host and support your online store.
• To respond to enquiries and demo requests, including by phone, email or WhatsApp.
• To send invoices, renewal reminders and important service updates.
• To improve our templates, website and support.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Your store’s customer data

When your customers place orders on your store, you control that data. We process it only to run your store on your behalf, and we do not sell it or use it for our own marketing.

Sharing information

We share information only with service providers who help us run Royal Themes — such as hosting, payment gateways, email and messaging providers — and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information where required by law.

Data security and retention

We use SSL encryption, access controls and regular backups to protect data. We keep account data while your subscription is active and for as long as needed afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. You can request an export of your store data at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing messages at any time, by writing to support@royalitpark.com.
